Chicken Salad Croissants


I love these and I must say my mom makes them the best! Simple yet very delicious:)
  • 3 cups cooked chicken, diced (use leftover chicken or turkey if you have it)
  • 2 cups lg. shell noodles, boiled and drained
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 green onion, diced
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, diced (optional)
  • 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 10-12 croissants

In a large bowl mix chicken noodles celery & Onions.  In a small bowl mix mayo and miracle whip and salt.  Add to chicken and noodles; stir good.  Toss in eggs, nuts & cranberries.  Slice open croissants and fill with salad.
